Gravipulse Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Gravipulse game ("the app") collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is published by [DEVELOPER NAME] ("we", "us"). Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
What we collect
- Anonymous player ID. When the app first goes online it creates an anonymous account with our backend provider (Supabase). We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- Pilot profile and scores. The pilot name and avatar you choose, your best Endless score and climb height, and your campaign level. These are shown on the public in-game leaderboard.
- Purchase records. When you buy something, we receive the store transaction ID, product, purchase date and subscription status from Apple or Google so we can confirm the purchase and deliver it. We never receive your payment card details.
- App configuration. Google Firebase Remote Config uses a Firebase installation ID to deliver game settings such as prices shown and reward amounts.
Gravipulse does not show ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Game progress, settings and currencies are stored on your device. Local multiplayer works over your Wi-Fi network directly between devices; that gameplay data is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To run the game, the leaderboard and multiplayer.
- To verify purchases, deliver what you bought and keep subscriptions accurate (renewals, cancellations, refunds).
- To prevent fraud, such as the same receipt being redeemed twice.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Delete your data. Profile → Danger Zone → "Delete account & data" permanently deletes your player account, leaderboard entry and the link between you and your purchase records, and resets the game on your device. Active subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; cancel them in your store account settings.
Retention
We keep your player data until you delete it. Purchase records are kept, without any link to you, for as long as needed for accounting and to stop receipts from being reused.
Service providers
Supabase (database and purchase verification), Google Firebase (app configuration), Apple App Store and Google Play (payments). Data may be processed in countries other than yours under these providers' safeguards.
Children
Gravipulse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
